selecting neddles:Eight-section needle selector made of special electromagnet chooses needles for jacquard efficiently, which is suitable for weaving of narrow needle space and high speed.

PATTERN DESIGN

texture adjustment:cables,fashion mark,eyelet,plain weave,lockstich,single-side jacquard, two-side jacquard(maximum 6colors in the same line ),embossing and dented patterns etc.

YARN FEEDER

         Yarn feeder: The machine is equipped with six yarn feeders controlled by computer

Knitting speed: Max 1.2meter/second and speed being adjusted by computer, using AC servo motor control, ensuring steady operations with great torque under either high speed or low speed Density control:64-section electronically controlled ,easy for slight adjustment Needle displacement: controlled by AC moter, needle moving range up to 1/4-8 needles, with function of accurate slight adjustment.

NEEDLE BED

Rolling unit: controlled by computer programs and motor, rolling quality is 64 section electronically controlled and each section can be slightly adjusted Protection system: in the operation, the machine will be automatically shut upon yarn-cutting ,knot, yarn miss,overland,needle crash, wrong program, with signal light and alarm Control system:   1.
